Crave! is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest.
The 3-day food festival, will be July 17-19th, 2025 and held at the west lawn at CenterPlace, Spokane Valley.
The event is chef focused and showcases the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest
Every Friday, June 3 through September 16, 4-8PM at CenterPlace parking lot near the Discovery Playground.
With nearly 50 vendors the market will offers opportunities for building healthy bodies and celebrate Spokane Valley’s farming heritage.
Spokane Fresh Hop is an annual harvest celebration dedicated to uplifting the craft beer scene in the Northwest.
A brewery focused event showcasing the creative talents of visionary Head Brewers from the Inland Northwest who are highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest.
This event is a farm-chef meet up. Come and meet like-minded people in the industry, exchange info, meet a new supplier or buyer. Be a part of building our food local food system. All are invited! Farmers, ranchers, chefs, foragers, small businesses and artisans looking to connect and discuss.

From event planning, event set up, tear down, culinary positions (back of house and front of house), front door staffing, volunteer management and more!
