Our Mission

Our mission is to celebrate the culinary talents of chefs, tastemakers, artisans, and the rich food and drink culture of the Pacific & Inland Northwest while elevating the stories that make this region a destination. Through Crave! TV and our immersive food festivals, we provide a platform for chefs, beverage makers, artisans, farmers, and producers to showcase their craft and the diversity and sustainability of local ingredients.

By sharing regional food stories both on screen and in person, we help drive culinary tourism, support local businesses, and strengthen community connections. Our work fosters a deeper appreciation for the culinary arts, uplifts local voices, and creates unforgettable experiences—celebrating the vibrant food cultures that make each Northwest region truly unique
